Friday was Cinco de Mayo-at the restaurant one of my cooks-Missy made chicken enchiladas with sour cream gravy. They were very nice. We served them with black bean and corn salsa.
Mick, Now we're talking 'bout some food!!! But please...you can't put yankee terms on Mexican food. It's crema agra salsa (sour cream SAUCE).....not gravy(there's not a word in Spanish for gravy)!!!! Come on down to Dallas, and we'll show you how to not only say it correctly but how to make great enchiladas, beans and rice correctly also!!
BTW, I should have my new smoker by July 4. Come on down.
