Rebel Burger
Here is another of our specialty burgers for "Gourmet Burger" month at Gallagher's. It is an 8 ounce burger, grilled then topped with Southern-fried green tomato, dill pickle, and a tower of onion rings. I created a sweet and spicy spread for it as well.

I REALLY like the looks of those rings!!!!! However, there's something about the bunny and flowers that just don't quite go w/a REBEL burger.......IMHO
