We had already planned on 'picnic' type food for Easter, fried chicken, fried catfish, cole slaw, potato salad, broccoli-rice salad. I smoked some chicken on Saturday for those wishing to avoid the fried foods. I brined the chicken Saturday night and fried everything in my turkey fryer, it turned out fabulous.

We went ot a REALLY good restaraunt last week here in town, Jasper's. Here's a link, http://www.jaspers-restaurant.com/plano/ I had the bone-in ribeye, Yo had the bourbon creamed corn, which I thought was especially noteworthy. come to Plano and we'll take you out!!!!!

P.S. Did the ribs make it to you????Kevinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13598696926839177637noreply@blogger.com
